5. Are they comfortable in either ear?

Ease of use.
1. The controls and commands should be easily remembered.
2. The volume level should be easily adjustable.
3. How quickly does the unit turn on?
4. Is the manual well written and easy to understand?
5. If you have any problems, is there a support number for you to ring?
Features
1. How long does the battery last, and and does it clearly tell you when it
needs to be charged?
2. How many other devices can the unit be paired with?
3. Another important issue is compatibility, as well as how long the warranty
lasts.
4. How good is the sound quality when both sending and receiving audio.
5. What is the range of the headset?
Other things to consider are last number redial, voice tags, 3 way calling,
transfer calls, whether it can link to other phones, call reject, and mute.
You'll also need to consider the size and of course, how good the bluetooth
earbuds look.
